1. Representation

Only persons or bodies with documented authority may represent Neúmen, speak on its behalf in an official capacity, approve institutional acts or bind a related entity.

2. Role distinction

Founders, directors, project leads, collaborators, volunteers, authors, researchers and recognized persons do not automatically share the same authority.

3. Delegation

Delegated authority should identify its scope, duration and any limits. Delegation may be revoked or amended by the competent authority.

4. Public statements

Personal statements by associated persons should not be presented as official institutional positions unless formally authorized.

5. Entity boundaries

Authority within Neúmen does not automatically create authority within Nexus Quantum Quotient, Omani Neûmen Vitae Chora Centre or another distinct organization unless separately documented.
