Material institutional decisions should identify the competent authority, applicable rule, supporting record and any resulting act or resolution.<\/p>\n

Authority Levels<\/h2>\n

Authority is role-specific. Participation, collaboration, authorship, recognition or association do not by themselves create authority to represent or bind Ne\u00famen or another related entity.<\/p>\n

Internal Committees<\/h2>\n

Committees may be created for specific institutional functions and should have a documented mandate, membership, duration and decision scope.<\/p>\n

Delegated Authority<\/h2>\n

Delegations should define their scope, limits and duration and may be amended or revoked by the competent authority.<\/p>\n
