1. Scope
These rules apply to research projects, observatories, studies, models, methods, systems, reports, working papers and other institutional research records within Neúmen.
2. Classification
Research records should distinguish observation, hypothesis, model, method, system, working paper, historical research, experimental research and other relevant forms.
3. Traceability
Research records should identify authorship or responsible unit, date, version, status, sources where applicable and the distinction between established information, interpretation, hypothesis and experimental formulation.
4. Revision
Material revisions should preserve version history when earlier versions have institutional relevance.
5. Ethics and privacy
Research involving identifiable persons, private records or sensitive information must follow applicable privacy, consent and legal requirements.
6. Publication status
Registration within Neúmen does not itself mean peer review, scientific validation or endorsement by an external academic institution unless expressly documented.
