Participation is organized by institutional process rather than through a single generic “Join Us” form.
Ways to participate
- Submit a Project — propose an initiative for institutional review.
- Nominate a Person — submit a person for an applicable recognition process.
- Propose Research — submit a study, observation, model, method or research proposal.
- Submit Historical Material — offer documentary, photographic, oral or archival material.
- Collaborate — propose a defined contribution to an existing initiative.
- Volunteer — express interest in an available volunteer role.
- Institutional Partnership — propose collaboration between organizations or projects.
- Submit Documentation — provide records relevant to an existing institutional file.
- Request Recognition Review — request review where the applicable recognition process permits it.

Participants should review the applicable Participation and Submissions, Privacy Policy, Terms of Access and any process-specific NQ² rule.
Process
Submission → Initial review → Classification → Request for additional information where required → Institutional decision → Registry record when accepted or otherwise formally recorded.
