1. Entry

Participation may occur through a project, nomination, collaboration, research proposal, historical submission, volunteer role, partnership or other documented institutional process.

2. Informed participation

Before submitting information or materials, participants should have access to the applicable terms, privacy information and any process-specific rules.

3. No automatic authority

Participation does not by itself create employment, partnership, agency, directorship, ownership or authority to represent Neúmen or any related entity.

4. Accuracy

Participants should provide information they reasonably believe to be accurate and identify uncertainty when submitting historical, biographical or research material.

5. Conduct

Participation is subject to the Code of Conduct and may be limited where conduct materially threatens safety, integrity, privacy, lawful operation or institutional continuity.

6. Withdrawal

Withdrawal from ongoing participation does not necessarily require deletion of archival, legal or institutional records that must be retained for legitimate purposes.
