1. Respect
Participants should engage without harassment, threats, discrimination, retaliation or deliberate humiliation.
2. Integrity
Institutional records, submissions, evidence and representations should not knowingly be falsified or materially manipulated.
3. Boundaries
Access to a project, archive, role or person does not authorize use beyond the permissions actually granted.
4. Safety
Conduct that creates a material risk to people, records, systems, property or lawful operation may justify restriction or suspension.
5. Accountability
Concerns should be documented and reviewed under the applicable complaints, review and conflict rules rather than handled through informal retaliation.
